These homes are typically 3 or 4 bedrooms with 1 ½ to 2 ½ bathrooms with a few homes featuring as many as 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The neighborhood is directly across the street from the Orchard Valley Middle School. The location also provides easy access to Greentree Road, Delsea Drive, and just a few minutes from Route 42. Washington Lake Park is just a short drive away with access off Greentree Road. While the location of the neighborhood is towards the edge of the township, it is just a short drive down the road to everything the township has to offer.

Severan Court is a well-established residential neighborhood located just off Hurffville Crosskeys Rd in Washington Township, Gloucester County. This neighborhood consists of six streets that are of similar style properties that were built between 1990 and 1994. Real estate taxes vary between $5500 and $7900 a year.
These attached townhomes are 2 Story featuring 3 and 4 bedrooms and 1 to 3 bathrooms. Living spaces vary between 1636 and 2372 square feet and do offer an attached garage. This neighborhood consists of seven courts of low-rise buildings offering both first and second floor units. The speed limit throughout this neighborhood is 15MPH.
These condos are either first or second floor units featuring either 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms. Living space varies between 1,000 and 1,300 square feet with no basements or garages. One numbered parking space is provided for each unit.
The Hunt Club neighborhood is desirable for those that do not want the responsibility of a private residence as the Association does take care of certain aspects of these units.
The location of this neighborhood provides easy access to Route 55 for easy access to Philadelphia. The Deptford Mall is only a few minute drive for easy access to shopping, restaurants and cinemas.
A yearly recreational pass is provided to each unit, either tenant or owner, that stays in good standing with the association dues. This pass provides access to the Club House and community pool.
There is a monthly condo fee of $192 that each unit is responsible to pay.
