The Farms is a well-established residential neighborhood located just off Hurffville Cross-keys Road in Washington Township, Gloucester County. Entrance to this development is onto Mimosa Drive. This average size neighborhood consists of one main residential road and three residential courts. The homes located here were built in 1986.

These single family, detached homes offer 3 to 5 bedrooms and 1 ½ to 2 ½ bathrooms. Most of the homes also offer a 1 to 2 car garage. Some of the homes also have a full basement. The average lot size is just shy of 1/3 of an acre.

While there is no homeowner’s association governing this neighborhood; it is desirable due to location near Washington Lake Park. Homeowners are responsible for all maintenance and upkeep to the properties. Real estate taxes are approximately $8,000 to $10,000 a year.

Bells Lake is a well-established residential neighborhood located just off Greentree Road and Ganttown Road in Washington Township, Gloucester County. This relatively large neighborhood consists of residential streets that are of similar style properties circa 1966. There are approximately 472 residential lots within the neighborhood with only a handful of lots being owned by the local township.

These single family, detached homes vary in styles from 1 Story Ranchers to 2 Story Colonials to Split level homes. The average home is 3 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2 ½ bathrooms. Approximately half of the homes have a 1 car garage and a basement. The average lot size is about a 1/5 of an acre.

Just off Bells Lake Drive is a local swim club that homeowners can join for a yearly fee. The fee allows for access to the lake and community clubhouse.

Deux Mare is a well-established residential neighborhood located just off Fries Mill Rd in Washington Township, Gloucester County. This small little neighborhood consists of two residential streets that are of similar style properties built in the early 1990s. There are approximately 116 residential lots within the neighborhood.

These single family, detached homes are 2 Story featuring with the average home offering 4 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, and a 2-car attached garage. Approximately 3/4th of the homes also feature a full basement. The average lot is approximately a half acre.
