Welcome to the Mango Court Neighborhood in Washington Township, New Jersey. Located within Washington Township, Gloucester County this neighborhood can be found just off Johnson Road.
This small neighborhood consists of Mango Court and features only 22 detached single-family homes. Except for 3 homes all others were built in 1975. These homes are situated on about 0.26 acres and feature anywhere from 3-5 bedrooms with 2 to 2 ½ bathrooms. The homes also feature a full basement and either a 1 or 2-car garage. The average interior has about 2300 square feet of living space.
Homeowners in this area take pride of ownership which can be seen while driving around. There is no homeowner’s association which leaves all exterior maintenance and upkeep the responsibility of the owner.
Real estate taxes run from $5700 – $8200 making this an affordable area for many. These homes are assessed between $168,700 to $244,600. While these homes may have a mailing address of Sicklerville, they do fall within the borders of Washington Township.
The location of the neighborhood provides easy access to all that Washington Township and Gloucester Township has to offer. Johnson Road gives access to both Route 42 and Berlin Cross-keys Road. Either direction will provide you with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. It is also easy to get to major roads for quick access to the city or shore points.
Student’s residing on Mango Court would attend the highly desirable Washington Township Public Schools. These would include Whitman Elementary, Bunker Hill Middle School, and Washington Township High School.
Cobblestone Farms is a well-established residential neighborhood located off Sicklerville Road in Gloucester Township, Camden County. This is a relatively small neighborhood consisting of only one residential street. There are approximately 43 residential lots with 1 lot being vacant land and 1 lot that is open spaced. Both lots are owned by Gloucester Township.
These single family, detached homes typically offer 4 bedrooms with 2 ½ bathrooms. Most homes have a full basement and an attached 2 car garage. The average lot size is a half an acre. These homes were built by Paparone circa 2001. There are two different style models; the Imperial and the Lexington.
There is no homeowner’s association governing Cobblestone Farms. Homeowners are responsible for all maintenance and upkeep to the properties. Real estate taxes are approximately $11,000 to $13,000.
The location of this neighborhood provides easy access to major roads and neighboring townships. Just a short drive to Crosskeys Road which offers plenty of areas for shopping and dining. There is also access to the Atlantic City Expressway allowing for an easy commute to the shore points or to Philadelphia.
