The Holly Grove neighborhood in Washington Township, New Jersey is a rather small residential neighborhood within the district. The main entrance is accessible from East Holly Ave to Olmstead Drive, adjacent to the Hollydale Ice Rink.

Olmstead Drive is the main road within the neighborhood and has 18 homes. There’s one additional residential street, Downing Lane, which has five homes. These homes were built between 1992 and 1994. The Hawthorne and Waverly models are the only two available within this neighborhood. School age children would attend the Washington Township Public School District.

The local Hurffville Elementary and Chestnut Ridge Middle School are just a short distance away. Near the neighborhood is the Washington Township Football Field and Complex, the Gloucester Township Social Services office, and one of the local fire houses. Additional township offices and many medical facilities including Jefferson Health Hospital are just a short drive away.

The homes here are single family and detached, and they feature an average of three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Homes also feature a two car attached garage and full basement. The average livable space is approximately 2,200 square feet.

Homeowners pay between $8,500 to $12,942 a year in property taxes, with the assessed values ranging between $251,900 to $382,800. There is not a Homeowner’s Association that governs the neighborhood, so homeowners are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their own property.

The location of Holly Grove provides easy access to Delsea Drive and NJ Route 55. The Deptford Mall is a short drive which provides for easy access to dining and shopping. Take Route 55 for an easy route into the city of Philadelphia, or go in the other direction to any of several great towns on the fabulous Jersey Shore, including Wildwood, Cape May and Sea Isle City.

The average lot size is a half an acre. These homes were built by Paparone circa 2001. There are two different style models; the Imperial and the Lexington.

There is no homeowner’s association governing Cobblestone Farms. Homeowners are responsible for all maintenance and upkeep to the properties. Real estate taxes are approximately $11,000 to $13,000. Students residing in Cobblestone Farms would attend the Gloucester Township public school district.

The Arden Post neighborhood is located within Washington Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey. This medium size neighborhood of 93 homes is located off East Holly Ave onto Buttonwood Rd or from Hurffville-Crosskeys Road to Hemlock Road. You will notice that this neighborhood consists of single-family, detached homes built between 1986 and 1988. This development has two residential courts and four residential roads.

The homes here are situated on approximately a quarter of an acre and offer three to four bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms. Homes also feature a one or two car attached garage, with most homes also having a full basement. About 39 homes have swimming pools, three of which also have solar power. There are four homes in total that currently have solar panels.

This development is not maintained by a homeowner’s association and therefore all maintenance and upkeep are the responsibility of the homeowner. No lots within this neighborhood are owned by the municipality.

The location of this development makes it ideal for so many. Hurffville Elementary and Chestnut Ridge Middle School are both located within minutes of the development. Also, near this neighborhood is the WT Football complex, the Gloucester County Social Services office, and one of the township’s fire houses. Other township office and municipal buildings are a short drive down Hurffville-Crosskeys Road.

Washington Township also has numerous medical facilities located throughout the township making it ideal for those that work within the medical field.

Accessing this neighborhood can be done from Hilliard Way, which is near one of the local fire house stations.

These homes also have two car attached garages, with about half of the homes featuring a full basement. The average lot size is about one quarter of an acre.

As you drive around this community, you will notice that most of the homeowners take pride in their curb appeal and homes appear to be well maintained. There are four different models that were available during the construction of the neighborhood. These models were Barclay, Hopewell, Rider, and Stafford.

Students who reside in Bateman Farms would attend the desirable Washington Township Public School District. Grenloch Terrace Elementary School is located just up the road.

This neighborhood is not managed by a Homeowner’s Association, and therefore all maintenance and upkeep are the responsibility of the homeowner. Driving around you will notice that these homeowner’s take pride in their landscapes.

Located on Greentree Road, Woods at Greentree provides easy access to all that Washington Township offers. Turn left onto Greentree Road and you can head towards Route 42, providing access to both Philly and the shore points. Turn Right onto Greentree and you will head towards the center of town with shopping, banking, medical facilities, and plenty of other stores. The township park is just a short drive up Greentree Road heading toward Glassboro.

Students residing in this neighborhood would attend the desirable Washington Township school district.

Most homes have a one or two car attached garage with less than half of the homes having a basement. There is no homeowner’s association governing the Fox Wood neighborhood. Homeowners’ are responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of the property. Real estate taxes are approximately $5,500 to $8,000 a year.

The location of this neighborhood provides easy access to major roads and neighboring townships. Take a left on Johnson Road and head towards Berlin-Cross Keys Road for easy access to Atlantic City Expressway. You can take this towards either the city of Philadelphia or several fabulous resort towns on our world famous Jersey Shore…neither is too long of a drive for an easy and fun day trip or even a first class vacation!

Taking a right on Johnson Road and you head towards Route 42. Plenty of shopping and dining destinations from either direction, especially at the Deptford Mall complex just a few minutes away. The local municipal building, police department, hospital, medical facilities, shopping, and dining are all just a short drive from the neighborhood.

The local schools that area residents of Fox Wood neighborhood would attend are Whitman Elementary School, Bunker Hill Middle School, and Washington Township High School.

Stratton Lane is the main road within the neighborhood, and has 51 homes. There are two additional streets; Bedlington Place which has nine homes and Stafford Place which has seven homes. There is one lot within the neighborhood that belongs to the Homeowner’s Association. The homes were built between 2000 and 2002. There are approximately 1/3 of the original homeowners still living within the neighborhood…so this is a popular place to settle down and plant roots!

These homes are single family and detached, and feature an average of four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Most homes also feature two car attached garage and full basement; not all the basements are fully finished. The average livable space is approximately 2,800 square feet. Real estate taxes vary from $9,600 – $13,500. Lot sizes vary from .172 to .229, with only five lots being more than .3 acres.

There is a Homeowner’s Association that governs the neighborhood. This is approximately a $500 annual charge that covers the common area maintenance. Homeowners are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their own property.

The location of Sheffield Gate provides easy access to Delsea Drive, Route 55, and Egg Harbor Road. The Deptford Mall and surrounding shops including plenty of dining is just a short drive up Delsea Drive. Take Route 55 for an easy route to the city of Philadelphia just a few minutes away, or take a trip to any of several great towns on our famous Jersey Shore, including Wildwood, Ocean City, Cape May and many more!
