Severan Court is a well-established residential neighborhood located just off Hurffville-Crosskeys Rd in Washington Township, Gloucester County. This neighborhood consists of six streets that are of similar style properties that were built between 1990 and 1994. Real estate taxes vary between $5500 and $7900 a year.

The attached luxury town homes are two story homes, featuring 3-4 bedrooms and 1-3 bathrooms. Living spaces vary between 1,636 and 2,372 square feet and offer an attached garage. Some of the properties do also have a basement to provide additional room to either finish or use for storage. The average home in this area has three bedrooms with two baths and an attached garage.

With these homes there is a semi-annual association fee due of approximately $240; this equates to roughly $40 a month and covers the common area maintenance.

The local schools that area residents would attend are Thomas Jefferson Elementary, Orchard Valley Middle School, and Washington Township High School.

The proximity to the different medical facilities and Thomas Jefferson Hospital make this neighborhood desirable to those in the medical field. The location also provides easy access to the local eateries, medical labs, financial institutions, shopping, and municipal offices. There are a couple of very good takeout restaurants within walking distance, and a P.J. Whelihan’s also just steps away, right across Hurffville-Crosskeys Road.
