The Augello Team recently sponsored National Night Out in Washington Twp. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
The Crosspointe neighborhood in Washington Township, New Jersey has two entrances. From Fries Mill Road turn onto Lorne Road or from Hurffville-Cross Keys Road onto Scotch Drive. This is a well-established neighborhood of single family, detached homes. These homes were built during the late 70s to mid-90s.
These homes are situated on approximately 1/3rd of an acre of land. The typical home is 4 bedrooms with 2 ½ to 3 ½ bathrooms, and a 1 or 2-car attached garage. Location also provides easy access to local shopping, eateries, and major roads.
Students residing in this neighborhood attend Birches Elementary School, Bunker Hill Middle School, and Washington Township High School.
Market trends are currently in favor within this neighborhood. The average list price of the homes in this neighborhood is $215000. Trends are also showing that homes are on the market for approximately 4 months and selling close to asking price.
