This relatively small and hidden neighborhood consists of two residential streets with 27 residential lots and three open space lots. Most of these homes were built in 1999-2002.
These two Story, single family, detached homes have an average of four to five bedrooms, two and a half to three and a half bathrooms, a full basement, and a two car garage. Each property is approximately just over two-thirds of an acre of land. These homes have an average of 3,400 square feet of living space.
