The desirable Bon-Aire neighborhood in Washington Township, NJ is a Gloucester County neighborhood also referred to as Silver Springs. These homes were built between the late 1980’s to early 1990’s.
Bon-Aire consists of single-family homes that offer plenty of space with 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ – 3 bathrooms, a full basement, and up to a 3-car attached garage. The homes are also situated on roughly 2/5th of an acre of land.
This neighborhood is not maintained by a homeowner’s association. This means that all homeowners are responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of the property. The real estate taxes run from $9000 to over $18,000.
The neighborhood is accessible from both Pitman-Downer Road or from Glassboro-Crosskeys Road. Just outside the neighborhood is Bunker Hill Middle School where students in grades 6-8th would attend. There is also Joseph Fazzio, Inc which specializes in steel, metal, and industrial items. There is also Prime Storage facility and Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
The location also provides easy access to the surrounding towns including Williamstown, Glassboro, and Gloucester Township. Rowan University, Washington Lake Park, Scotland Run Golf Course, and Jefferson Health Hospital are all within a 10 to 15-minute drive to the neighborhood. There is plenty of shopping options such as Target, Walmart, and little boutiques throughout the township. The township offers numerous different pizzerias as well as multiple other dining establishments.

Hunt Club Condos in Washington Township, NJ
Hunt Club Condos in Washington Township, NJ is a condo development located just off Egg Harbor Road in Washington Township, Gloucester County. These condos were built by Orleans, circa 1987. This neighborhood consists of seven courts of low-rise buildings, offering both first and second floor units.
These condos are either first or second floor units featuring either 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms. Living space varies between 1,000 and 1,300 square feet, with no basements or garages. One numbered parking space is provided for each unit.
The Hunt Club neighborhood is desirable for those that do not want the responsibility of a private residence, as the Association takes care of certain aspects of these units.
The location of this neighborhood is convenient to Route 55 for easy access to Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore. The Deptford Mall is only a few minutes’ drive, for easy access to shopping, restaurants and cinemas. The speed limit throughout this neighborhood is 15 MPH.
A yearly recreational pass is provided to each unit, either tenant or owner, that stays in good standing with the association dues. This pass provides access to the Club House and community pool.
There is a monthly condo fee of $192 that each unit is responsible to pay.

Welcome to The Fields neighborhood in Gloucester Township, Camden County. This is a residential neighborhood of semi-attached town homes located off Sicklerville Road. This is a rather small area with one road and one residential court. The homes were built around 1984.
These single-family homes are located on approximately 1/5 acre of land. The homes feature 3 bedrooms and 1 ½ bathrooms. The average home offers 1126 square of living space. These homes do not have a garage or basement.
This neighborhood is not governed by a homeowner’s association. Therefore, all maintenance and upkeep of the home is the responsibility of the owner. There is a small number of homes in the neighborhood that are tenant occupied.
The location of the neighborhood provides easy access to major roadways and shopping. Turning right out of the neighborhood will take you towards Berlin Crosskeys Road. This road has access to the Atlantic City Expressway, Route 42, and towards Route 73. There is plenty of shopping and dining along Berlin Crosskeys Road. Turning left out of the neighborhood not Sicklerville Road can take you towards the Old Black Horse Pike (Route 168), Route 42, and towards Deptford Township. There is also plenty of small establishments just outside the neighborhood which does include a CVS pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, Primo Hoagies, McDonalds, and several other types of businesses. Students residing in The Fields would attend the Gloucester Township public school district.
