Welcome to the Mango Court Neighborhood in Washington Township, New Jersey! Located within Washington Township in Gloucester County, this neighborhood can be found just off Johnson Road.
This small neighborhood consists of Mango Court and features only 22 detached single-family homes. Except for three homes, all others were built in 1975. These homes are situated on about a quarter of an acre and feature anywhere from three to five bedrooms with two to two and a half bathrooms. The homes also feature a full basement, and either a one or two car garage. The average interior has about 2,300 square feet of living space.
Homeowners in this area take pride of ownership which can be seen while driving around the area. There is no homeowner’s association, which leaves all exterior maintenance and upkeep the responsibility of the owner.
Real estate taxes run from $5,700 – $8,200 making this an affordable area for many by New Jersey standards. These homes are assessed between $168,700 to $244,600. While these homes may have a mailing address of Sicklerville, they do fall within the borders of Washington Township.

Welcome to the Summit Pointe neighborhood located in Washington Township, Gloucester County. This neighborhood is also sometimes known as The Orchards. The neighborhood is accessible from both Tuckahoe Road or Glassboro Cross Keys Road onto Orchardview Drive.
There are five residential streets within the Summit Pointe neighborhood. There are also four different floor plans that were available to choose from when the homes were built during the 1990s. These models were Barclay, Cambridge, Esquire, and Linden.
These lovely single-family homes typically feature four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The average home also has a full basement and a two-car attached garage. Most of the homes are situated on a lot of 0.475 to 0.89 acres, with four homes having between 1 and 2.2 acres.
This neighborhood is not maintained by a homeowner’s association. Therefore, all maintenance and upkeep are the responsibility of the homeowner. The average homeowner pays between $8,400 and $12,000 a year in property taxes, with a few paying $13,000-$17,700. Most of the homes have been assessed around $300,000 and $400,000, with a few homes assessed above and below that of the average home.
The location of this neighborhood provides easy access to major roadways such as Berlin-Cross Keys Road, Tuckahoe Road, and NJ Route 42. There is a local CVS, produce stand, gas station, and medical care facility just outside the neighborhood. Tuckahoe Road leads you towards either Glassboro or Turnersville. Both towns offers plenty of shopping, fast food, and entertainment. Glassboro is home to Rowan University.

The Holly Grove neighborhood in Washington Township, New Jersey is a rather small residential neighborhood within the district. The main entrance is accessible from East Holly Ave to Olmstead Drive, adjacent to the Hollydale Ice Rink.
Olmstead Drive is the main road within the neighborhood and has 18 homes. There’s one additional residential street, Downing Lane, which has five homes. These homes were built between 1992 and 1994. The Hawthorne and Waverly models are the only two available within this neighborhood. School age children would attend the Washington Township Public School District.
The local Hurffville Elementary and Chestnut Ridge Middle School are just a short distance away. Near the neighborhood is the Washington Township Football Field and Complex, the Gloucester Township Social Services office, and one of the local fire houses. Additional township offices and many medical facilities including Jefferson Health Hospital are just a short drive away.

Take Route 55 for an easy route into the city of Philadelphia, or go in the other direction to any of several great towns on the fabulous Jersey Shore, including Wildwood, Cape May and Sea Isle City.

Cobblestone Farms is a well-established residential neighborhood located off Sicklerville Road in Gloucester Township, Camden County. This is a relatively small neighborhood consisting of only one residential street. There are approximately 43 residential lots with one lot being vacant land and one lot that is open spaced. Both lots are owned by Gloucester Township.

The Arden Post neighborhood is located within Washington Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey. This medium size neighborhood of 93 homes is located off East Holly Ave onto Buttonwood Rd or from Hurffville-Crosskeys Road to Hemlock Road. You will notice that this neighborhood consists of single-family, detached homes built between 1986 and 1988. This development has two residential courts and four residential roads.
The homes here are situated on approximately a quarter of an acre and offer three to four bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms.
